2007 AUTUMN SEASON


TRAINING COURSE
Sainte-Tulle (Alpes-de-Haute Provence)
29 October to 5 November 2007

The Orchestre des Jeunes de la Méditerranée et de Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur training course brings together 44 young instrumentalists from the conservatoires in the PACA region to prepare 3 works from the standard repertoire. Rehearsals for each desk and as the full orchestra, supported by 13 teachers and the conductor Philippe Bender, will be held between 29 October au 5 November at the Centre Regain in Sainte-Tulle, Alpes-de-Haute Provence.
The 3 works will be played separately in concert on 3rd and 4th November in Nice as part of the "C'est pas Classique" (It’s Not Classical) festival, and in a single programme on 5 November at the Saint-Victor Music Festival in Marseille with the Chœur Régional Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Laurent Korcia as guest soloist.
